Owned by the City of Tybee Island since July of 2006, the River’s End Campground & RV Park provides a variety of accommodations for all different kinds of campers. Their facilities include rental cottages, full-service RV campsites, water and electric campsites (which accommodate tents and campers), and primitive tent sites. River’s End Campground & RV Park is the only campground east of I-95 in the Savannah area and offers free Wi-Fi, cable television, coin-operated laundry and the island’s largest swimming pool. River’s End Campground & RV Park is just a short walk from the beach or the Tybee lighthouse and can be enjoyed year-round.
River’s End is perfect for a cookout not only because it contains Tybee Island’s only propane dispensary but also because of the beautiful, scenic area. The park is on the official Tybee biking route and is within a short distance of Fort Pulaski.
