The Harvard Club of Savannah and Coastal Georgia
The Harvard Club of Savannah and Coastal Georgia began in November 2010 to host events that would be of particular interest to Savannah’s Harvard graduates and to encourage local students to apply to Harvard. On Sunday, June 12th, the club held a meeting to honor Helen Clark of Woodbine, GA and Ben De Vore of Vidalia, GA, two students who were recently accepted into Harvard. Getting accepted is a tremendous honor for Clark and De Vore, who are now 2 of only 1,600 freshman that Harvard will accept this Fall. The meeting ran from 4 – 6 p.m. at The Mansion on Forsyth Park.

Aderlin Rodriquez scored Savannah’s first hit of the game, setting a tie which was then broken when Blake Forsyth gained the team a lead that they maintained throughout the rest of the game.
