The Savannah area was teeming with geeks last weekend, but there’s a good chance that if you weren’t on Twitter, you didn’t even know! Here’s some of our favorite tweets from Geekend 2010.
Swag was in the highest demand at Geekend, the most coveted was a woven monkey cap created as a promotional item for Geekend sponsor, MailChimp. When it was revealed that several were hidden in the lobby, many geeks were left wanting and wandering around aimlessly. Those who were successful were wise to hide their geek treasure with all due haste.

The team that is tasked with doing for the agency on the Internet what Sacajawea did for Louis and Clark in the Northwest Territory. The job is part writer, part explorer, part trend spotter and part strategist. Oh yeah, and we get paid to Facebook and Twitter!
