40 Day Transform and Renew
Start the spring embracing the possibility of greater physical vitality and mental focus! Join us on a 40 Day journey into yoga, meditation, conscious eating and self-inquiry. This program, which is based upon Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to a Personal Revolution, will take new students as well as long-time yoga practitioners to a new level. You will develop a daily yoga and meditation practice. You’ll explore how foods affect our bodies and our attitudes, through conscious eating, including a 3-day cleanse. We’ll engage in journaling and other exercises to peel back the layers and begin to see our own true nature.
The program fee includes 40 days of unlimited yoga (April 11 – May 21), weekly meetings, and a copy of the book, 40 Days to a Personal Revolution. Cost: $200 before April 1st, $250 after. The weekly meetings will be held Monday evenings from 7:15 – 8:30 pm.
