On Tuesday, August 22nd, The Salt Table held their grand opening celebration and opened their doors to offer Savannah a unique tasting experience. They featured complimentary tasting samples of hundreds of different salts, seasonings, sugars, teas, dips, blends, Amish popcorn, and even local honey. All of these items are packaged under the unique Salt Table brand that is available only at this store, and are packaged on site.

The Pirates’ House has long been a staple of the historic and dated culture of Savannah. It has been featured on national travel shows and is often one of the first restaurants mentioned when every Savannahnian hears the phrase: “Where should we eat?”. The Pirates’ House, standing watch over downtown, has been a landmark of Savannah since 1753.

The Spice & Tea Exchange will be having their grand opening, this Thursday, with a ribbon cutting ceremony featuring Mayor Otis Johnson at 1 p.m. and free product tastings. There will also be a daily gift certificate raffle for $50 and a daily drawing for a $25 Spice and Tea Gift Basket. A unique dinner will be held on July 8th to celebrate their grand opening at 14 West Broughton Street.

Savannah’s only dedicated power yoga studio is opening in Sandfly! Join Savannah Power Yoga Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011 from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for an open house.
