C afé Zeum is the Telfair Musuem’s art inspired café located in the atrium of the Jepson Center for the Arts, overlooking Telfair Square. Chef Michael Pritchard and John Deaderick, are also owners of the popular Starland Café in the Victorian District and their catering business: The Starland Dining Group. Café Zeum features a menu including grilled paninis on freshly baked ciabatta bread, extravagant salads and famous biscuit sandwiches made from the freshest local ingredients. Additionally, Café Zeum offers Saturday and Sunday brunch in the dramatic setting of the atrium featuring many local favorite brunch selections made infamous during Chef Pritchard & Deaderick’s “Good Eats Restaurant” Sunday brunch years.
