Located in the Eckburg Atrium of the Jepson Center overlooking Telfair Square, Café Zeum is operated by John Deaderick and Michael Pritchard, proprietors of the popular Starland Café on 41st Street in the Historic Starland Dairy District in midtown Savannah. The eatery boasts a timely philosophy, with a health-oriented and environmentally-conscious focus as a “green” café.
