Hostess City Toastmasters Club invites members and guests to its weekly Tuesday meeting at 6:00PM – 7:00PM at ThincSavannah, 35 Barnard Street – Suite 300, Savannah, GA. Downtown Savannah parking at metered and pay-to-park spaces is free after 5:00 PM. Guests are welcomed to attend any Tuesday meeting. An updated scenic 4 mile course takes runners through Daffin Park, the surrounding neighborhoods and the scenic Police Memorial Trail. The family fun will begin at 8 AM with a Kids K and a Diaper Dash at 8:15 AM and the 4 mile race will start at 8:30 AM on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 22, 2012).
All proceeds benefit United Way of the Coastal Empire, whose mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities through work in four impact areas: Education & Youth Development, Economic Independence, Health & Wellness, and Basic Human Needs.
