Become a sexual assault advocate/crisis intervention volunteer at the Rape Crisis Center! Volunteers support victims of sexual assault through the 24 hour crisis line and hospital response. We are looking for mature, empathetic, non-judgmental and dedicated individuals to make a difference in our community. If interested, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at 912-233-3000 or volunteers@rccsav.org for an application. The next volunteer training dates are July 18th and 19th (6:00pm-9:00pm), July 21st (8:30am-4:00pm), and July 23rd-25th (6:00pm-9:00pm each night). In order to become a volunteer, you must attend all sessions. All applicants must be at least 21 years old and submit to a criminal background check.
