This year’s DineSouth event proved to be bigger and better than ever, complete with food sculptures, a bull ride and petting zoo, and more than 35 gussied-up booths featuring the greatest grub our city has to offer served by friendly restaurant owners and their staffs. An enthusiastic (and hungry!) crowd made the most of the evening, sampling the savory and sweet offerings of each participating restaurant as they made their way around Savannah Station. Satisfied guests shared their comments with us at the end of the night last Thursday, and the votes are in for who had the greatest food, staff and display this year.

Savannah Technical College wowed party guests with their cheery service and was voted Best DineSouth Staff 2012. The Greatest DineSouth Booth goes to none other than Nature Crisp, whose elaborate greenhouse drew praise for their ornate display. Finally, Form is the proud winner of this year’s Greatest DineSouth Food, thanks to their renowned cheesecake.

Thanks to all the restaurants who participated and everyone who helped us achieve another year of success at DineSouth. This year would not have been such a huge success without every one of you.
