The Savannah Mile

The 6th Annual Savannah Mile will be run in downtown Savannah on Memorial Day weekend. The course takes you one mile straight down Drayton Avenue, starting near the south end of Forsyth Park, finishing on Broughton Street. The Mile is a unique running event that attracts all levels of participants from the very young to the master’s runner who is young at heart. The Savannah Mile will be run in several heats which will include a family division, five year age groups guaranteeing many award winners, ending with the Heroes Heat – Full Gear! All of the proceeds for The Savannah Mile go to the 200 Club of the Coastal Empire.
