Elizabeth Rushing
Art Blogger
As a child, Savannah native Elizabeth Rushing divided her time between writing novels and experimenting with art. This curious childhood venture became her greatest pursuit. An alumna of the Savannah College of Art and Design, she holds a B.F.A in Professional Writing. Creative non-fiction is her favorite genre, with self and modern art as the likely subjects. In art, she favors the conceptual, the thoughtful and an expertise in medium. Foremost drawn to painting, she is interested in three dimensional works, particularly of the atmospheric, as well as performance. She is currently at work on a novel about a painter.
